At the Diplomat, we celebrate foods that are fresh, local, and deliciously in season.

An ever-changing vegetarian breakfast with fresh local fruits is served every morning at 9 am (this is available for guests of the hotel). They will also have access to our tea + coffee bar, a good cup coffee is a priority at The Diplomat, a variety of loose teas means you'll find exactly what you're looking for and our daily fruit juices are always delicious.

The honesty bar ensures that a Cerveza or glass of wine is available at any time.

Botanas (snacks) with a focus on brilliant flavors and cantina favorites are served on arrival. Our drink menu includes cocktails infused with local fruits, spices & herbs from our garden. The Yucatan's finest craft beers and a well thought out international wines are available at our courtyard bar.
